BSC Facelift: Links, Layout, etc.

In the next couple of weeks I'll be changing the layout of BSC. It needs to look a little smoother, right now it's kinda old school looking. So I have a few things I want to get out there.

1. Links: I'm reorganizing the link section. If you want to do the whole link exchange thing just let me know.
   
2. Logo: I want to change the logo. I'm thinking I want the skiing picture but make it sorta look like the NBA logo. You know what I'm saying? An outline of an actual image.
3. Layout: If any of you web designer types can help me out it would be much appreciated. If you hook me up I'll put an add up on BSC for your services for 3 months. Also I would really like to have a 3 column layout - instead of two. Also abbreviated posts so I can do the whole "After The Jump" thing. Automated related posts would also be cool.
4. People: I would love to add a few more contributers. Right now I have Olga doing parties (although she's been MIA lately), Tom doing album reviews, and Phil taking pictures. If you want to contribute send me an email and tell me specifically what you want to do. I'll be the only one posting random shit but I wouldn't mind having more people with specific tasks. Again, I can't pay you shit but hey you'll get to cut lines and go to parties and shows for free (sometimes) which is better then nothing.
