Today in the mail I recieved a EP from a band that contacted me via email. They are called
Division Day and the EP is The Mean Way In. The band hails from LA and plays mellow pop-rock that will make the indie kids smile. The singer has an interesting voice, sometimes he sounds like Brandon Boyd and other times he sounds like Isaac Brock.
The EP is pretty good, a couple songs show true potential. "Worker Sleeper" is definitely the stand-out track here - of course they don't have that track available online and I'm way too damn lazy to upload it myself, so here's what they have.

i really think rohener has a style all his own... what i really like about this band is how each song is unique, but catchy in its own way.
